| In late 2014 the Executive Director, Eliana Santanatoglia, gave a lecture on "The Rationality of Human Action", in which several issues were raised and discussed such as: Can we preach rationality of agents, of human actions, or of patterns of behavior? What are the motivations of behaviour and individual actions? Are the principles of the Rational Choice Theory valid? Are critics, such as those of Behavioural Economics, relevant? How can the evolutionary perspective contribute to the understanding of the rationality of individual actions? |
